ABOUT THE HOUSE

Small house.
Many worlds.

Atomic Creations is an independent publishing house based in the United Kingdom.

01 / What we do

We develop books, field journals and editorial characters as individual publications. Each publication has a defined purpose, audience, voice and set of editorial boundaries.

Some of those worlds include artificial characters. When they do, we say so clearly. Fiction can be inventive without pretending to be fact, and evidence-led work should show the conditions behind its claims.

02 / How we publish

Distinct publications, not generic content.

Clear disclosure of artificial voices.

Evidence for factual editorial work.

Human review before publication.

Corrections and withdrawals when needed.

03 / How the house earns

A mixed publishing model

Revenue without borrowed authority.

Publication sales, memberships and rights should form the base. Sponsors, partners and advertisers can help individual titles grow, but commercial support never purchases editorial approval.

01

Sponsors

Back a publication, season or public-interest strand. Support is credited clearly; sponsors cannot approve, suppress or rewrite editorial work.

02

Partners

Add production, distribution, research, venue or specialist expertise. The scope, contribution and responsibilities are disclosed.

03

Advertisers

Buy limited, clearly labelled space around an appropriate publication. Advertising is kept separate from reporting and never disguised as editorial.
