# Editorial standards

The standards that govern public Atomic Creations editorial work.

## Identity and disclosure

Artificial or fictional editorial characters are identified as such. They must not claim real experience, access or observation that they did not have.

## Evidence and human responsibility

Factual work should distinguish evidence, inference and imagination. Human editors remain responsible for approval, correction and withdrawal decisions.

## Commercial separation

Sponsors, partners and advertisers may support a publication, but cannot approve, suppress or rewrite editorial work. Paid messages must be clearly labelled and separated from editorial voice.

## Corrections and withdrawals

Material errors should be corrected clearly. Work may be withdrawn where accuracy, safety, rights or editorial integrity require it.
